Progressive Change Fellows

Love for NC, the committee working to elect Da’Quan Love to the North Carolina House of Representatives, seeks enthusiastic applicants for the Fall 2018 Progressive Change Fellows Program (PCF). The goal of the PCF is to train highly-motivated fellows in various aspects of community organizing and provide critical staffing support for the campaign.

WHO can apply?

Energetic individuals interested in gaining valuable campaign experience and directly impacting the 2018 election

WHAT will you do?

If selected, participants will have the opportunity to select to work in one or more of the following tracks:

- Finance & Fundraising

- Field Organizing

- Research, Operations & Logistics

- Digital & Communications

PCF applications are accepted on a rolling basis between August 15th and September 20th. Positions start early September and fellows are asked to commit 15 hours a week to this program. This program is designed to fit around an individual’s schedule, allowing them to make their own hours, and work from home.

WHERE will I work?

Participants in all tracks are able to work from the comfort of home. Local fellows may be asked to work from our office. Our field office is located at 133 Kenansville HWY Warsaw, NC 28398.

WHY should you apply?

Fellows can expect to gain valuable firsthand experience working for a progressive, grassroots state office campaign in a rural district. This is not an internship in which participants are restricted to making copies, answering the phone or returning emails. Progressive Change Fellows will be empowered in decision-making leadership roles within the campaign - quickly gaining valuable exposure and campaign work experience.
